Responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming all Parents/ visitors and registering them at reception with professionalism
  • Entering their data in CRM and tracking them using eMail and Phones
  • Coordinating Visits, including Fee payments and providing status report of such arrangement when necessary
  • Others ….


  • 2 to 3 years of corporate administrative/ Receptionist/ Front Office/Admin experience preferred.
  • Expertise and proven proficiency in eMail, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel are required.
  • Excellent Presentation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in English a must
