She is a management graduate with a specialization in HR and International Business, which gives her a well rounded approach for understanding both the client as well as candidates’ perspective and needs. She has successfully recruited for more than 2000 middle and senior management professionals in her career in diversified sectors and varied levels. She specializes in Executive and C-Suite recruitments and hard-to-fill management/functional roles in retail, manufacturing, automotive, energy and packaging industries. She has a strong business acumen and relationship management experience, including the ability to influence senior management. She has got a rich experience with a wide range of data mining and sourcing techniques and is an expert in candidate engagement and networking.

Sunil Srivastava
An XISS alumni, Sunil has more than 24 years of HR leadership and operational experience in Engineering, FMCG, Agro, Telecom, ITES Technology industries. He started his career with JCB and has over the years been associated with leading organizations such as Cadburys, Siemens, iGate Global Solutions (BPO) and Whirlpool.
During his career journey he has held the Country HR Leader position for Xerox, Whirlpool and Igate Solutions. Sunil has extensive experience in the domain of Organization Design and Development, Talent Management, Rewards Transformation, Learning and Development, and Workforce Optimization.

Shruti Chhabra
